July Letter 2025
Introducing the Happy Insiders Club: your guided pathway to home as a tool for health
If you’ve been following Better Home Better Health for a while, you’ll know how deeply I believe that home is more than mere backdrop to our lives — it’s the setting, the structure, the silent partner in our wellbeing. And now, after years of writing, researching, and refining ideas in my book, this newsletter, and beyond, I’m opening the doors to something more personal, more practical, and more transformational…
Because a newsletter is one-way. Instagram can feel too fleeting. And not everyone has the time (or energy) to do it all alone.
So, I wanted to create a space where we could go deeper. A community. Somewhere calm, beautiful, kind, and above all, useful. A (virtual) sanctuary for health-conscious (but likely time poor) homemakers. A place for real transformation, not perfection. A place to slow down, connect with your intentions, and create a home that becomes the foundation for the life you want to live.
Introducing: The Happy Insiders Club!
Guided change-making for those who want to do more than just read or scroll.
For those who want to take what we talk about here — and really live it. Coached by me. Room by room. Mood by mood. Month by month. Season by season. Without overwhelm or confusion.
Inside the Club, everything revolves around four main pillars — the heartbeat of what we’ll do:
Live Interaction & Community
Join Monthly Coaching sessions with me, get answers to all your home health questions, and connect with others walking the same path.
Exclusive Tools & Challenges
Inspiration from Monthly Rituals to Room Resets based on my golden 4C framework — Clear, Cleanse, Colour, Curate — and designed to be simple, satisfying, and truly doable, even in a busy life. While Mood Resets support the emotional side of home-making because it’s never only about the environmental. Not forgetting The Library: curated resources to keep you informed.
Behind-the-Scenes & First Looks
Get early access to what I’m working on in The Studio — from TV shows to book ideas — plus unfiltered glimpses into my creative process.
Recognition & Belonging
Feel seen. Whether it’s as a Founding Member or a moment shared in The Lounge, this is a place where your journey is honoured by a supportive community of likeminded people on the same pathway to creating happier, healthier homes.
It's a private membership space with Monthly themes that focus on one area of the home, or one aspect of living well, each month (beginning with the bedroom and sleep), but each topic interconnects, as this is a holistic journey, not a checklist — designed to help you reshape your home and your habits in small, deeply meaningful ways.
Think of it as guided experience building, part course, part community, part seasonal reset, where each ‘module’ is released monthly, and builds on the one before. But it’s not about racing through. It’s about layering, reflecting, and circling back as life shifts and your needs evolve.
Once you’ve joined, you have access to everything. And over time you’ll see the Club itself evolve, just as you and your home will too.

The Club doors will open later this week. But you’re hearing it here first. Perhaps you’ve already joined the waitlist to be at the front of the queue to get the insider skinny on the specifics of membership, and the actual launch date? If not, add your name now, it’s the only way to hear about the very limited number of discounted Founding Memberships that will be on offer.
But after filling in your details, be sure to look out for the follow-up email to confirm them, or you won’t be registered (ps joining the waitlist also entitles you to receive a free Home Health Checklist so you can see how your home is helping, or hurting you, right now).

I can’t wait to welcome you inside.
Also coming this month…
I’m going to touch on why the launch theme inside the Club is bedrooms and sleep — as we learnt in last week’s post, sleep isn’t something we achieve, it’s something we allow. Yet our always-on culture seems to fly in the face of what’s best for us as humans. I’ll also dive into why we know we should practice self-care, but so many of us, myself included, don’t make time for it — and 3 ways to re-prioritise. Also Mood Multipliers, eight small things we can all do that are nice, and also neurologically rewarding for both doer and receiver!
Finally, I’ve deciphered what Japan means to me, so I’ll share that… and much more.
I have so many different things on my long list to research such as What is the Shadow Self, and does it affect us at home. Collagen, is it worth taking? Why motivation is over-rated. And Things I’ve learnt from a year in the Country. Oh, and I’ve promised you a list of the Classic Items I’ll love for a Lifetime.
But please do let me know if there’s anything in particular you’d like to read.
Finally: update from the Infrared frontlines. Henry hound’s shuffling sores are completely healed, and I have to admit that my skin is looking pretty perky… can’t quite put my finger on what’s different, but dare I say it, I think my complexion is just a bit more glowy and I look less tired! The holy grail in my world.
