Manifestation is the process of bringing something into reality by the power of considered intention, belief, and focused thought. Sounds simple right? Except a lot of what I’d read about it made it seem either overly complicated, or unduly mystical — all positive affirmations and wand-waving!
But here’s the thing, with no magic involved manifestation can be an incredibly empowering tool to help you realise that you are capable of way more than you think. Anything really is possible if you put your mind to it and stay open to new opportunities, so dream on!
In fact, the more I uncovered, the more excited I got about the possibilities so although I did the research initially for myself (I was kind of stuck on a project), I was so impressed with what I found out that I was inspired to create a simple six-step workbook that’s so easy to follow anyone can use it. Net result, everyone can benefit from what I’ve learned.
So what is it exactly? Essentially manifestation is the art of aligning what you want to achieve, your goal, with the actions required to get you there. For example, declaring that you’re going to create the next internet-busting start-up or write a Booker prize winning novel is like talking into the ether. Instead of trying to change your life in a single day, you need a plan!
Manifestation is not a passive technique. And there are several crucial steps between outlining that vision and making it happen! I go into detail in the workbook, with each step incorporating actionable tasks, pages for notes, pages for journalling, weekly action planners and brief explanations of the scientific, or psychological, principles that support each step. The given prompts are angled towards creating your ideal healthy home, but I’ve deliberately structured it so that you can apply the process to anything.
